The this project was Real state, one building of 22 levels with common zone with pool. Located south of Santiago of Chile (Maipu). As office manager in charge of the UNO project office, my job was to go to the meetings on construction site, together with the project leader, Manager constructor, builder in charge, Project manager of build, as well as all the works of the UNO proyectos. They was weekly, the meetings controlled the status of work, progress, and reviewed the execution of the work coinciding with our project.
