This was an order when I was worked in UNO Proyectos, the customer purchased and old professional institute at the Lastarria neighborhood in Santiago. It was a building qualified by The National Council of National Monuments.

The idea that is proposed is a comercial gallery of smalls design premises and on the second floor project a vietnamita restaurant, it was a reform, protected facade was improved and was a good commercial gallery, being a new focus of attraction in the area.

 

As office manager in charge of the UNO project office, my job was to go to the meetings on construction site, together with the project leader, Manager constructor, builder in charge, Project manager of build, as well as all the works of the UNO proyectos. They was weekly, the meetings controlled the status of work, progress, and reviewed the execution of the work coinciding with our project.
