The Owner of the housing Actress VIDIA ARREDONDO, had a terrace, wanted to close and cover to be used in winter.

My proposal was to buy Oak Windows in a Demolition. The structure was wood with covering of 10cm expanded polystyrene more finished. This allowed us to keep the thermal comfort. Never was necessary heating inside.

In 10 yrs she never turn on the heater, this was my first Bioclimatic Project.
