I had the privilege of working at the Barcelona Workshop of RBTA for 9 years, this project was of my first part on RBTA, in 2004 I start working like Project leader. The original project was 6 buildings with wave roof at Ronda Litoral Avenue in Barcelona, the Site was addressed at Older Seat factory place in Zona Franca of Port Barcelona.

 

This was Second phase of the original project was two building Parc logistic B1, B2 and B3, The property decided change idea of wave roof for three buildings united by roof with common square, but only was buid it B1.

This project I did doble skin facade to reduce in heating in Summer and Air conditioning in winter, that doble skin was ventilated for air by bottom and roof using Venturi factor. (Bioclimatic Factor to reduce energy of Air conditions and heating.
