This was a Bioclimatic project, in the Magdalena mountains near the city of Leon in the community of Castilla y Leon, Spain. The interesting thing was make real the expectations of a young couple, it was their new home. The proposal was designed with the VELOX construction system, a system that was also used in the Poland project (Eco Building in Proszowice Poland), this is a new construction system, Velox is a company from the Czech Republic, it consists of prefabricated walls with a 150mm concrete core, Insulation incorporated into the panel 1200x600mm depending on the geographical area of ​​Europe, the exterior insulation can be from 75mm to 180mm of high resistance polystyrene, which maintains comfort inside, reducing the use of heating in winter as well as in summer with the air conditioning.
