This project is located at Proszowice city, to 45 km from Krakow. This was a joint adventure with Madrid company (ECO-HOGAR) that had businesses in the Silesia Area south of Poland. The customer was the city of Proszowice Council.

 

My idea was made Bioclimatic project, the proposal was to generate a Sustainable project of Energy self-generation, innovative constructive system that potentiated the thermal comfort in each apartment, the idea was for each owner of this apartments could reduce to 50 percent of electric bill.

 

The main hall is a great solar collector in winter, providing clean heating to the building. The covers are located photovoltaic panels and in the facade of the hall and balconies
