The Torres House is located on a plot of 750 m2 in the Golf de Maquehue. The order was a house of 310 m2 approximated on two levels and with style defined by the owner. The Client was very clear about the style of his house. Common areas in the first level and room in Suite, in the second level will be located the most private rooms and living room.

The use of brick and stone, generate a warmth that the owners were looking for with reference to the neighborhood. The access Hal has a double height unites the public with the private
