This was a Competition located on the side of the Mapocho River, Monseñor Escriva de Balaguer Ave. in Lo Matta, Vitacura. eastern area of ​​the City of Santiago de Chile.

The land assigned for the "Isla Lo Matta" contest, neighborhood of Vitacura. The Project is a boat that navigates a tributary of the Mapocho River, the driving idea is to generate a cultural and business meeting point in the area. The legal conditions of the site, there must be a distance of 20 meters with the limit of the land, which means that we only have 571m2 useful of pedestrian level. Because of this, I propose to develop the project under level 0.0, generating a great public amphitheater as a great access to the project.
