It is a 100% sustainable project, Bioclimatic of own production of electrical energy by means of Renewable Energies; Photovoltaic Energy, Solar Thermal Energy, Biogas and Geothermal Energy. The urbanization in its totality corresponds to the construction of 68 houses and equipment; Shopping Center, Health Center, Childcare Center, Sports Areas, Mini Golf, Auditorium, Post Office, Administration, church, Zones for dogs (Pipican) and small commercial premises, which will be executed according to existing regulations in the City of Uíge and Luanda. 68 Total Housing will be built. In a total Area of ​​89.66 ha, whose land use has been destined to the Construction of Houses, taking into consideration an average population of 1500 hab. There are three types of houses with 3 rooms, 4 rooms and 5 rooms (in both cases there is a room used by the house service). The houses with 5 rooms have a constructed area of ​​449.03 m2 and a useful surface area of ​​325.36 m2. Those with 4 rooms have a constructed area of ​​449.03 m2 and a useful surface of 295.20m2. Those with 3 rooms have a constructed area of ​​457.47 m2 and useful surface of 314.69 m2, of this type there are only 2 per petal.
